About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and update records in the customer management system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth service process.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
