You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Problem Resolution:
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches, features, and changes.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help improve products and services.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
