As the first point of contact for our guests and clients, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide information to clients and visitors about company services and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage visitor logs and security protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
