Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our team at Client, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the electrical and control systems that support our production operations. This position is instrumental in ensuring that all electrical functions, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of equipment align with both operational standards and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on electrical control systems, including electrical control panels, motors, and power distribution systems.
- Provide technical support and expertise in areas such as fluid power, mechanical systems, and electrical controls.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols for both personal and food safety.
- Support all phases of operations, ensuring equipment reliability and high operational uptime.
- Document maintenance activities in SAP Plant Maintenance and maintain organized records.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in industrial maintenance and electrical controls, with proven skills in troubleshooting and repair.
- Certification: Valid electrician’s license as per state or local requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, PLC systems, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical safety.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of advanced motor and drive systems, such as AC/DC servo motors, variable frequency drives, and stepper systems.
- Familiarity with microcomputer and microprocessor operations in industrial settings.
- Experience in managing electrical projects, including writing scopes, adhering to NEC standards, and following Client's electrical standards.
