Rotunda Software, an industry leader in volunteer scheduling software, is seeking a personable, positive, and self-motivated individual to help churches and nonprofit organizations schedule, connect, and grow their volunteer base.
As the Client Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for uncovering clients' needs and solving problems by customizing the software setup. You'll field technical and customer service-related questions via phone, email and Zendesk. In addition to excellent written, verbal and listening skills, this position requires the ability to help non-technical users set up the software to meet their unique needs. Patience, empathy, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.

Our two flagship products, Ministry Scheduler Pro and Volunteer Scheduler Pro, are actively used by over 3,800 organizations to schedule over one million volunteers. Specific responsibilities include:
- Becoming intimately familiar with the benefits and features of Rotunda's products, and being able to apply that knowledge to real life scenarios.
- Building long-term relationships with churches and nonprofits who utilize our services by uncovering challenges, providing solutions, and winning their ongoing business.
- Fortifying relationships with existing clients, offering guidance and support, and ensuring they leverage any opportunities to benefit from expanded use of our services.
- Utilizing Zendesk to track all work and communication.
- Beta testing new features and product releases to ensure they are bug free.
- Side projects tailored to individual strengths and interests (e.g. creating and updating documentation, writing and presenting webinars, producing content for sales and marketing resources).
Although you will contribute throughout the company, we are hiring someone who is excited to be on the front lines of providing stellar support.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates living in the continental United States. Priority will be given to candidates living in California, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri and Virginia.
