The office is located in Avon, Ohio. About the Role As the **Client Service Specialist**, you are an essential part of our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisor. You'll be a direct line of communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and all services are delivered seamlessly. This role is more than just administrative; it's about relationship-building, client satisfaction, and running our operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Follow up with clients after the meeting to confirm that all necessary paperwork has been completed and accounts are correctly set up. Schedule client appointments and prepare all necessary documentation for meetings. Keep detailed notes of client interactions and update our CRM system. Compose professional, personalized correspondence to clients. Maintain and organize office documentation through scanning and indexing. Stay up to date with industry regulations, ensuring compliance in all tasks. Perform other duties as required, including occasional reception support. What You'll Bring Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred-a minimum of 2+ years in wealth management or financial services. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in databases and financial software. Series 6 or 7 and life and health certifications are a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong organizational abilities and time management skills are essential for success.
