Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a "Production Planner" based out of Tucson, AZ.Duration: Long-Term Contract Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2As a Production Planner, you will be essential in managing material requirements for manufacturing replenishment and new product launches. This role involves analyzing inventory, aligning production plans with global forecasts, and collaborating with Finance and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless supply chain.Responsibilities:Plan and oversee inventory to support production, minimizing levels and scrap.Align production schedules with global forecasts and manufacturing capacities.Schedule work orders and manage planning parameters in ERP systems.Handle phase-in/phase-out planning and oversee new product launches.Monitor inventory, manage scrap risks, and ensure KPIs are met while improving processes and tools.Education & Skills:Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Over 5 years of experience in logistics, production planning, or inventory control with SAP ERP expertise.Proficient in cross-functional and intercultural communication.Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems, with attention to detail and adaptability.Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KIf interested, please send us your updated resume at
