Responsibilities:
- Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
- Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
- Follow protocols and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting,
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of college education.
- Ability to work the evening shift.
- Call center or customer service experience required.
- Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information: - Pays $19/hr while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of $42K when permanent.
- Temporary to permanent position.
- Shifts vary 9:00am-9:00pm.
- Hybrid in Washington, DC.
