Responsibilities:
  • Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
  • Provide referrals to approved agencies and programs.
  • Follow protocols and performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and required reporting,
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of college education.
    • Ability to work the evening shift.
    • Call center or customer service experience required.
    • Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
      Position Information:
      • Pays $19/hr while temporary.
      • Converts to a salary of $42K when permanent.
      • Temporary to permanent position.
      • Shifts vary 9:00am-9:00pm.
      • Hybrid in Washington, DC.
