Job Description

Title Admin - 19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct title searches to verify ownership and identify any liens or encumbrances.
Prepare and review title commitment, closing documents, and deeds of trust.
Ensure proper execution and recording of deeds of trust and other relevant documents.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with attorneys and other stakeholders to facilitate the closing process.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to title transactions.
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
Assist with problem-solving and providing solutions for title-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting title administration.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in title administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and title software systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
