About you
To be successful, you should have:
- 3+ years as a Corporate Law Clerk, with experience in Ontario and Canadian corporations
- Skilled in managing corporate filings, share transfers, director/officer changes, and more
- Proficient in maintaining minute books, pre/post-closing updates, and ESOP management
- Experience with continuances, amalgamations, amendments, and high-volume requests
- Skilled in Adobe Acrobat (building and manipulating PDFs)
- Proactive, team-focused, and strong time management
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle corporate filings, share issuances, and transfers efficiently
- Maintain minute books and manage pre/post-closing updates
- Support corporate transactions like amalgamations and continuances
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of ESOP plans, including grants and exercises
- Collaborate across offices, ensuring timely completion of high-volume requests
