About the Company - Our client, a world class global manufacturer is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for one of their plants in the Vaughan area.
About the Role - This individual will support all human resources programs such as compensation and benefits, employee or labour relations, performance management, training and development and staffing and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources within a manufacturing company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems, Workday preferred
