Job Details Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals in production efficiency, quality, and profitability. - Provide leadership and direction to production, quality, and supply chain teams. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce waste. Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, safety, quality, and cost. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address gaps. Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory and company standards for food safety, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. Oversee budgets, labor planning, and equipment utilization to ensure operational efficiency and cost control. Work closely with the sales, R&D, and logistics teams to align production capabilities with customer needs and company objectives. Utilize bilingual skills in English and Spanish to enhance communication and collaboration across diverse teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of operations leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong production management experience with a proven track record of achieving operational targets.
