Great opportunity for a new Service Coordinator opportunity in New Hyde Park, NY! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator with 2+ years of dispatching experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of managing the daily schedules of Service and Maintenance Technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: - Manage the Service and Maintenance Technicians' daily schedules to maximize results
- Set the dispatch board and assign technicians for service calls
- Ensure all service calls are properly completed through the technician debrief process
- Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians
- Maintain the customer database with current information
- Provide and report clear, concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers
- Keep customers informed about the company schedule and requested lead times
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions
- Communicate regularly with the Service Manager to resolve questions, concerns, or issues
Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC industry is a PLUS!)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- HVAC product and service knowledge preferred
- Ability to understand and offer solutions to customers
