Job Description

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Administrative Coordinator to support their busy Public Policy team in their Washington, DC office starting ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client inquiries, meetings scheduling/logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel; airfare, transportation, lodging, and documentation.
  • Prepare, receive, process, and/or distribute correspondence; proofread reports, materials, and other documents.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping and expense records.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience are required.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics, and computer/software skills required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • $27/hr-$33/hr while temporary.
  • Salary of $65k-$75k when permanent, DOE.
  • Onsite 5 days per week.
  • Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
