Copyright Litigation Associate Attorney

Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level copyright and technology litigation attorney for its Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $390k.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of intellectual property experience in a law firm, including copyright and technology litigation.
• Strong understanding of intersection between technology and copyright law.
• Technical background is required (degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, physics, or other related technical discipline).
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Excellent work ethic and strong client-interfacing skills.
• Strong communication skills and excellent research and analytical skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
