Health Care Transactional Associate Attorney

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Associate with comprehensive experience in health care transactions to join their esteemed Health Care practice. This position can be based in New York City or San Francisco.

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $370,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Overview:

As part of this top-tier, nationally recognized team, the successful candidate will engage in a broad spectrum of transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals within the health care industry.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience (seeking law school class years 2018-2021)
• Regulatory expertise in areas such as fraud, abuse, state licensure, and corporate practice of medicine
• Keen interest in health care trends, exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency for independent and proactive problem-solving
• JD from an accredited university
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
