Corporate Associate - New York

Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a corporate associate in JD class years 2020-2022 for its collaborative corporate team in New York. The salary for this position is between $205,000 - $235,000. This position involves working in a range of domestic and international corporate matters in a range of industries.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in general corporate work, including M&A, private equity, public & private offerings and/or SEC reporting.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent work ethic.
• New York bar is required (or ability to become admitted).
• Excellent communication skills; team focused.
