My Client is seeking experienced lateral attorneys (associates or partners) with patent litigation expertise to join its Intellectual Property Group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, possess strong communication skills, and have a high technical and analytical aptitude. Associates have an exciting opportunity to learn from and work closely with energetic, experienced IP litigators in a friendly, team-based environment.
Essential Functions:
- Manages day-to-day and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
- Possesses strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates a great work ethic and an ability to work productively both independently and cooperatively with other members of the IP Litigation team
- Produces high quality legal work and provides excellent client services
- Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts
- Complies with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession

- Required Education: Juris Doctor
- Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements
- Preferred Experience: At least 2+ years of IP Litigation experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm and a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.).
