The Position

My clients New York City office is currently seeking a General Liability Attorney with experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 2+ years of litigation experience, to grow in their careers with a leading complex tort & general casualty practice team. This is a hybrid position offering a mix of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
• Regular trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide reports

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 2+ years of litigation defense experience required, with experience in general liability, premises liability, and/or New York Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, and 241) matters preferred
• Legal project management experience
