Our client's expanding construction litigation practice is seeking a Construction Labor Law Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in construction labor law and file handling to join their New York, NY office.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in the office.
Skills and Educational Requirements
- JD from an ABA-approved law school with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience handling New York Labor Law litigation matters
- Proficiency in managing complex litigation from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Current NY Bar admission in good standing is required
Base salary range: $120,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience
