Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator at City Enterprise, Inc. located in Springfield, MA. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills
• Cost Management and Budgeting skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• 10-15 years experience
• Knowledge of Bluebeam
• Knowledge of engineering a plus
