Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor technicians to ensure consistent growth and performance.
- Foster trust and collaboration within the team, understanding technician perspectives and needs.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for technicians, offering guidance and workflow management.
- Manage service schedules and ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
- Triage incoming calls effectively, using knowledge of the territory and customer needs.
- Oversee diagnostic processes, including troubleshooting via phone.
- Ensure strict adherence to OEM parts and brand-specific service protocols.
- Build relationships with current clients and explore opportunities to grow service revenue.
- Identify ways to expand the service department while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Encourage new brand growth by leveraging relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in agricultural or heavy machinery service
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and interpret manufacturer schematics
