The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the commercial HVAC industry.

About the role:

• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Service Delivery: Ensure efficient and timely delivery of HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration services to our commercial clients.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring profitability and maximizing revenue.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the service division.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for the team.

About you:

• 5-10 years of experience in the HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
