Data Integrity Manager – KEMP CARE NETWORK
Inspired by the vision of Dr. Bob Kemp, we compassionately serve the emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs of individuals living with a progressive life-limiting illness until the end of life. We support them, their bereaved and our community through our residential, outreach and bereavement programs. We collaboratively lead, shape and deliver compassionate hospice palliative care.Salary Range: $45,000 – $50,000
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Development staff in utilizing research, data tools, and best practices to proactively engage with donors/prospects
- Managing donor insights efficiently and accurately in a way that promotes data-driven resource development
- Working with Finance department ensuring timely, accurate information for forecasting, reporting, and for audit purposes
- Serving as the principal user/administrator, to oversee the donor database including all gift processing, ensuring a high standard of data integrity
- Administration and management of records, including defining best practices, policies, and procedures for consistency within the database
- Producing month end donation report for financial reconciliation of all monthly donations and providing corresponding documentation for audit purposes
- Contributing to other general administration support for the department

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience working as part of a fundraising/sales team
- Strong knowledge of donor relations and stewardship best practices
- Knowledge of CRA standards for audit purposes
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Donor Perfect, Raisers Edge, Salesforce)
- Experience working with a not-for-profit organization is an asset
