Order Management Specialist:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to manage the entire order fulfillment process. You will ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities of the Order Management Specialist:

• Process and manage customer orders from entry to shipment.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure inventory availability and resolve order issues.
• Track orders and address any delays or disruptions.
• Communicate order status to customers and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the order management system.

Qualifications of the Order Management Specialist:

• Bachelor's or associates degree preferred
• 2+ years industry experience within operations or customer service
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with order management systems (ERP a plus).

The Order Management Specialist role is fully onsite in Massillon, OH with a pay range of $19- $24 depending on experience.
