Tool Crib Attendant in the Quonset Point facility. We are looking for someone to provide superior customer service and operations support by issuing tools, weld wire and consumables to support daily production goals. This position will require an inventory minded approach to customer service to ensure that we are operating at an optimum level.
The Tool Crib attendants will be tasked with the receipt, storage and issuance of materials in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Minor repair to air, hand and power tooling will be a daily requirement, to ensure a safe and productive environment. Must be able to apply basic logic to preform minor repairs on portable hand and power tooling, and have the drive to learn additional tasks.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, previous stockroom experience - or - a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, previous retail customer service experience
- Previous experience with inventory control programs, systems, and software
- Must possess strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts, overtime and weekends based on business needs
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Inventory/inspection
- Addiitonal preference will be given for vacational, technical, and community colleges, or apprentice programs
- Knowledge of computer programs such as AWPSS, ATICTS, and Cribmaster
- Military/Navy experience.

- Applicant will be required to work in a collaborative and team environment to meet team goals
- Candidates must possess a strong attention to detail, be detail oriented, and be able to work independently, with little to no supervision
