Job Description

Our client, a consulting firm for nonprofits in Central MA, is looking for a Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to join their team for the next 3-6 months. This role will be onsite in their office in Milford, MA and is paying $20-$21/hour, depending on prior work experience. In this role, you will support the director of HR/Payroll, will speak to various groups regarding consulting, and work within Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes and tracks all Human Resources related paperwork of new hires in HRIS system. Ensures all necessary employment information is received timely. Enters in ADP/HRIS system.
  • Processes employee terminations including updating HR System and benefits (Medical/Dental/Retirement), mails unemployment information.
  • Monthly and Quarterly Reporting: Works with Human Resources staff to generate and distribute reports to client companies and directors.
  • Weekly notifies IT and Credentialing of new hires and terminations.
  • Performs annual OIG and HIRD audit, updates HR system as required
  • Provides coverage of front desk receptionist duties as needed.
  • Filing and maintenance of I-9 files and CORI files.
