Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain human resources records, including employment files and HR databases.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
