DescriptionnnPay range: $36.40 per hour- $37.86 per hournnEssential Functions:nnPerform preventative maintenance on PLC systemsnnProgram or perform repairs on PLC systemsnnPerform preventative maintenance or repairs on more advanced production equipment as needednnPerform breakdown analysisnnOversee or perform general housekeepingnnUpgrade production lines with new/upgraded equipment/technologynnDirect activities of outside contractors working on assigned linennChange line for package changeoversnnEnforce GMP, safety, and audit standardsnnWork independently under limited supervision (self-management)nnDocumentation of work schedule and work tasks completednnRequired Skills and Competencies:nnPass technical assessment addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areasnnExperience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays).nnExperience with electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting)nnExperience with electronics (e.g., level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, etc.).nnExperience with PLC (e.g., industrial maintenance, computer control systems, etc.).nnExperience with product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs).nnExperience with schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays).nnExperience with troubleshooting (e.g., diagnostics, problem solving, etc.).nnProficiency Level:nnMust be able to demonstrate Programming skillsnnEducation and Experience:nnHigh School Diploma or GEDnnVocation or Associates Degree is preferred.nnWorking Conditions:nnPhysical-Continuously standing or walking.
