We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to assist in realizing our vision of staffing and supporting a world-class workforce, providing equal opportunities to all individuals. This is a non-exempt position located in Renton, WA. The work schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday, 100% onsite only. Job Functions/Responsibilities Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Play an active role in promoting positive employee experience, through employee appreciation & engagement events, employee tours, safety and wellness programs. Create and distribute a weekly newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged, including updates, upcoming events, and recognition. Maintain and update employee communication boards with relevant information, announcements, and resources. Coordinate with HR and Recruiting in the new employee onboarding process including system access set up, ordering new hire gifts and more. Identify and coordinate special HR projects to further goals of organization; participate in planning, project development and problem solving. Produce monthly and ad-hoc HR reports. Track and follow up on quarterly compliance training. Provide general support to HR department which may include organizing meetings, preparing documents, ordering supplies and other duties as assigned. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for the division. Back-up Office Services and CIO Executive Assistant as needed. Qualifications Dependable, organized, produce accurate results, and able to prioritize workload while working independently to meet deadlines. Strong multi-tasking, customer service and organizational skills, including written / verbal communication and working with highly confidential material. Thorough knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. HR systems (SAP), Publisher, and SharePoint are preferred. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in continuous improvement and system-related projects. Ability to work independently and as a team. HR related work or equivalent experience. Must meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.
