Hotel:nnMurfreesboro Embassy Suitesnn1200 Conference Center BoulevardnnMurfreesboro, TN 37129nnNight AuditornnPart timennAtrium SPIRIT – where teamwork, passion and appreciation ignite service excellencennPay range: $15-$17 per hour based on qualifications.nnPrimary Purpose:nnThe primary purpose of the Night Auditor is to provide guests with an excellent hotel experience while functioning as the sole Front Office Associate during the overnight shift.nnWork Performed:nnThe Night Auditor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:nnMaintainaccurate accounts of cash, checks, and credittransactions;nnProvide accounting support to the hotel by ensuring all revenues are posted to the correct department,balance the guest ledger on a daily basis and complete all necessaryreports;nnHandle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree ofintegrity;nnAddress guest complaints, issues and/or requests in friendly and professional manner,taking initiative to resolve all issuesand ensuringthat all matters are resolved orescalated to the appropriaterepresentative;nnProvide reportsto management about asset utilization and auditresults;,nnWork proactively torecommend changes in operations and financialactivities;nnManage daily paperwork including occupancy report, guest list, cash drawer summary, balance sheet, account summary, history file, and housekeepingreport;nnMay be required to make management decisions in a manager’sabsence;nnEffectively utilize excel, workbooks, and access to submit reports to corporate office asappropriate;nnFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets; andnnAny and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.nnQualifications:nnRequired Prior Experience:nnSix (6) months of Front Office experience in hotel environment.nnPrior experience performing basic accounting dutiesnnRequired Education:nnHigh School Diploma or equivalentnnPreferred Licenses/ Certification:nnValid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations (if role involves operating company vehicle).nnRequired Technology:nnUse computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process informationnnPhysical:nnAble to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shiftnnOther:nnAble to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishnnFlexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidaysnnWhen you’re an Atrium Associate, you’re a part of a crucial workforce providing the ultimate ‘Home Away From Home’ for our guests.
