Black Cat/Bramble & Hare is seeking a professional, talented sous chef or experienced line cook to help lead our restaurant n downtown Boulder. Experience is required. Must be a dynamic thinker as our menu changes frequently based on what we are harvesting from our 500-acre certified organic farm. Our Sous chefs work with daily harvests from our farm, whole animal butchery, charcuterie, from scratch cooking and daily menus.
All our employees share in a leveled tip pool. The hourly tip share is determined by the employee's skill-set and experience. An experienced sous chef or line cook can expect to make between $45,000 and $65,000 per year.
