Black Cat/Bramble & Hare is seeking a part-time pastry chef/cook in our downtown Boulder restaurant. We are looking for someone with some pastry experience who can work about three days a week, one day being Saturday.
All our employees share in a leveled tip pool. The employee's skill set and experience determine the hourly tip share. Culinary students, new graduates, and externs start at level one and are guaranteed $18.00 per hour, and with experience, this number goes up.
