We are a leading home services provider and due to our continued growth we are looking for personable and reliable individuals to serve as an Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator will handle customer inquiries and day-to-day inventory activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Call office with previous day's Wholesale Sales.
- Reconcile batched delivery tickets against tape run by Customer Service.
- Remove "zero" gallon tickets from batches.
- Review accuracy of driver truck reconciliation vs. totalizer sheet from Customer Service.
- Prepare daily "Summary of Deliveries" report from totalizer sheet and distribute.
- Input truck loads and sales into Team Up.
- Backup for Rack control position.
- Maintain diesel inventory by accounting for purchases and withdrawals.
- Prepare month end diesel inventory accounting.
- Maintain driver seniority list, driver phone list.
- Provide office with monthly report of trucks used over 55,000 lbs.
- Provide office with monthly mileage for truck mileage report.
- Prepare month end Truck Inventory Gains and Losses report.
- Daily input of driver loading tickets into Inventory System.
- Input Transport activity into Inventory System.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of office experience preferred
- 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; prior experience in a customer service setting preferred
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation
