Responsibilities Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 65-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. Position Description This position exists to clean, sanitize, and maintain any and all Hospital areas in order to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, attractive, and orderly facility. Housekeeping aides work very close with both the maintenance and clinical departments in their daily routines.
Hours This position is full time, day shift and does include a every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications Job Requirements - High School graduate preferred
- On the job training provided, but experience in housekeeping preferred
- Must be able to safely walk, stand and accomplish cleaning tasks for the length of the shift with appropriate breaks as needed
- Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects (up to 40 lbs.), push or pull heavy objects, such as while handling dirty and clean linen, supplies, and/or garbage, moving furniture
