Apply today!**Requirements** : To be considered for this role you must have the following experience, and certifications:- **Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Clerk**- Customer Service /Administrative experience within the home health industry- Must have strong Data Entry skills-Experience scheduling home-based medical services in a big plus!- Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Malvern, PA .- High School Diploma or equivalent GED- Excellent Written and verbal skills- Proficiency with Microsoft WORD and Excel spreadsheets- Prior authorization experience**Job Duties:**As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will:-Assist with maintenance of patient files, Sort and file Physician Orders and all clinical documentation.-Coordination of home infusion orders.-Provide administrative support to the specialty team - typing/faxing/tracking physician's orders, discharging patient from service, filling of paperwork in the correct sections of medication.-Call patient to confirm delivery of coordinating with internal team members, documenting discussion in progress notes, rescheduling patient for subsequent deliveries.-Track patient pumps - swapping out when pump is due for PM and retrieving pumps when patient discharges from services.**Job Location** : Malvern, PA**Pay-** The anticipated wage for this position is between $18 and $ 18.60Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.**Schedule** -Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch- Opportunity for overtime based on business need.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
