Job Details
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries about products and services.
• Process phone orders and confirm stock availability and shipping timelines.
• Provide pricing quotes, fulfill orders, and manage sales data.
• Support the sales team by sourcing products and preparing quotes.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general inventory tasks.

Qualifications:

• Distribution center or industrial services experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proven experience in similar roles, including inside sales or customer service.
• Skilled in data entry and organized with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Regular in-person attendance is required.
