Provide service technicians with necessary resources, including parts lists and manuals. Verify stock availability, shipping schedules, and prepare price quotes. Process orders to meet customer specifications and manage sales data. Support the sales team by sourcing products and preparing detailed quotes. Qualifications: Distribution center or industrial services experience preferred. Knowledge of pumps/rotating equipment or mechanical aptitude is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to interpret technical manuals and equipment documents. Self-motivated while thriving in a team setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Regular in-person attendance is required.
