Job Description

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Assistant for a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity in Somerset, NJ .
Hours: 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Responsibilities:

  • Order management includes (communication with customers and processing orders).
  • Coordinate with warehouse shipments for release, coordinate with truckers, and create labels, barcodes, and additional shipping documents.
  • Track orders from the point of shipment until received by the customer.
  • Tracking containers and communicating with freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
  • Support the Sales Manager to service the customers.
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic MS Office skills, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of warehousing or distribution process.
  • Prefer fluency in Spanish.
