Key Responsibilities :
- Handle export and offshore orders, coordinating logistics and selecting carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
- Assist global teams with operational tasks and customer support.
- Maintain customer profiles, agreements, and product knowledge.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and provide technical product recommendations.
Required Skills :
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , Teams , Word , and SharePoint .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred :
- Experience with PeopleSoft and SAP systems.
- Background in customer service or logistics coordination.
