    Certification Details
  • BLS
  • Ohio License
    Job Details
  • 90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients.
  • The PT will work 36-40 hours/week, varied day shifts, Monday-Friday, with at least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p.
  • The PT will work primarily with an adult population, but some pediatric experience is also needed.
  • EPIC EMR is used.
  • PT should have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience.
  • Experience with orthopedics and/or concussion, vestibular and pelvic control therapy strongly preferred.
  • The PT will be required to float and travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites.
  • There will be no additional mileage reimbursement.
    Job Requirements
  • BLS required.
  • Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process).
    Schedule Information
  • Varied day shifts, Monday-Friday.
  • At least one (possibly two) days/week working until 5:30p.
