I am working with a leading health system located in Nashville to assist them on a few hires in the managed care space. This organization is looking for a Senior Counsel, managed care contracting and a Managing counsel of Managed Care Litigation to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and handle all managed care payor contracts OR Managed care Litigation matters
• Pre-litigation claim support and analysis is needed for disputes within managed care agreements
• Manage a paralegal shared within the team
• Analyze managed care contract and agreements for fraud and abuse and anti-trust issues
• Manage outside counsel

Requirements

• JD and barred in good standing
• 10+ years of managed care contracting experience
• OR 10+ years of Managed care and litigation experience
