Corporate Attorney

Salary: $ 250,000-$380,000

Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, from initial structuring through to post-closing integration.
• Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents, including merger agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and related ancillary documents.
• Provide legal counsel to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and other stakeholders in connection with private equity investments, including buyouts, venture investments, and recapitalizations.
• Advise clients on regulatory filings, approvals, and disclosures required for M&A and private equity transactions.

Corporate Attorney Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate M&A.
• Law firm experience required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
