About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead Hi-Vac University. This role is crucial to our mission of enhancing the capabilities of our internal staff, factory-trained mechanics, customers, dealers, and sales teams. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs that align with our business goals and support the professional growth of our employees and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Internal Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to elevate the skills and knowledge of our internal teams, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles.
- Customer and Dealer Mechanic Training: Design and deliver hands-on training sessions for customers and dealers, focusing on the technical aspects of our products to ensure they are factory-trained and fully competent in maintaining and servicing Hi-Vac equipment.
- Sales Training Modules: Create and manage sales training modules tailored to our dealer sales network, enhancing their ability to effectively market and sell Hi-Vac products.
- Industry-Specific Training: Coordinate with external industry experts to bring in specialized training modules that address current trends, technologies, and best practices within our industry.
- Program Management: Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and administration of all training programs, ensuring they are executed smoothly and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes and meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal staff, customers, and external vendors.
