Job Description

Supply Chain Specialist

• Location: Deerfield, IL

• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

• Length: Until 7/2025 (Contract extension expectation)

• Pay Rate – $24 - $28 hourly depending on experience

• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.


Required Education:

  • HSD or GED


What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate the production and procurement of finished goods hardware and TPP for the US supply chain.
  • Balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements.
  • Define & approve planning parameters that drive OTIF and Inventory performance
  • Formulate & communicate short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand
  • Support the OPLAN with key stakeholders e.g. Plant management – reporting Sales, Production and Inventory.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, identify & drive improvement opportunities
  • Accountable for achieving Inventory targets
  • Proactively manage supply chain risks e.g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Apply scenario planning & collaboration Rapid Response functionality and tools
  • Collaborate with Plant schedulers, Demand planners, W&D, Cluster fulfilment, Commercial & Manufacturing to resolve supply risks & issues.
  • Provide input to financial planning and forecasting processes.
  • Reconcile and maintain code level inventory to meet business needs.
  • Maintain product code data and statistics in various systems (JDE)


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3yrs Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain role.
  • Proficient technical skills, experience with RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems would be beneficial
  • Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization
  • APICS certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferable
  • Demand planning, Sales and Operations planning
