Job Summary:

We're seeking a Graphic & Visual Designer to elevate the TempWorks Software and Lone Oak Payroll brands through impactful design. The Graphic & Visual Designer will create engaging digital and print materials that communicate key messages, translate marketing strategies into clear visuals, and support marketing campaigns and events. This role requires creativity and the ability to simplify complex ideas for the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop visually compelling designs for various media, including digital and print materials.

· Create and maintain design assets, such as sales sheets, case studies, video, social media graphics, and more.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.

· Manage design projects from concept through to completion, including revisions and final delivery.

· Create visual content using a combination of forms such as text, audio, images, photography, animation, video, and interactive content to communicate themes and messages for communications materials.

· Able to work in a team environment, think critically, take direction, and also take initiative to work independently

· Help maintain and develop brand identity, design standards, and policies

· Support the planning and execution of tradeshows and industry events.

· Prepare and manage event materials, including booth designs and promotional items.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Skilled in designing for online and print formats for a variety of audiences

· Proficienct in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills

· Basic understanding of Marketing procedures and design tools

· Able to work independently

Education and Experience:

· Associates degree or higher preferred

· 2+ years of experience in a Designer or similar role

· 2+ years of experience with both print and digital graphic design

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer

· Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
