Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic and financial decision-making through advanced data analytics that will report to their Vice President of Strategy and M&A.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain financial analytics systems that integrate multiple data sources, establishing a reliable foundation for decision-making
- Work closely with managers to understand business needs, gather requirements, and execute analytics projects
- Analyze and interpret data to address critical business questions and uncover factors that drive growth and improve performance
- Partner and coordinate with the corporate IT function on enterprise-wide data analytics initiatives
- Manage databases, source data from providers, and develop scripts to improve scalability and flexibility in data processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field with a focus on data analytics
- Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, preferably financial data, with skills in data warehousing, organization, and visualization
- Sound understanding of corporate finance and proficiency with financial statements
- Fluency or proficiency in tools and development environments such as Tableau, Zoho Analytics, Python, and Salesforce will be looked at very favorably
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders across the organization
