Job Title: Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst

Position Summary:
Our client, a global electronic solutions provider serving the transportation and industrial end markets, is seeking a Corporate Strategy Senior Analyst to join their organization and report directly to the Vice President of Strategy and M&A. This role is integral to driving their strategic initiatives & transformational objectives.

As a Senior Analyst in their collaborative, high visibility, cross-functional environment, you’ll play a key role in high-impact projects, deliver insights for executive presentations, and support change management initiatives—all to help achieve their growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across and outside the organization to identify and implement strategies that drive organizational value, supporting long-term transformation initiatives aligned with company goals
- Apply value stream mapping to identify and illustrate operational value-creation opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify business process improvements and prepare reports, presentations, and data insights for executive briefings, board meetings, and leadership updates on key strategic priorities
- Develop materials and communication plans to support organizational change, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial , Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management
- Experience in and passion for operations analysis and strategy is a must – a strong candidate will be fluent in concepts such as value stream mapping, Ishikawa diagrams, and pareto charts
- At least three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or consulting company
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying value-creation opportunities and process improvements
- Sound understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring insights for executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization, analysis, and business presentation tools
