This is an excellent opportunity for immediate hands-on work, exciting and challenging high-stakes litigation, genuine associate camaraderie and committed top-down mentorship, and a firm-wide emphasis on equipping you with the skills and personalized training to be the best attorney-advocate possible

Key Duties:

• Litigate loss, casualty, and general liability matters in a defensive capacity on behalf insured commercial clients and their insurance carriers
• Routinely submit / argue matters before PA State and Federal Courts
• Enjoy immediate hands-on litigation assignments, autonomy over your caseload, and dedicated mentorship from industry leading Litigators / Trial Attorneys

Core Qualifications:

• Min 1yr of exp. in Civil Litigation (regardless of if Plaintiff- or Defense-Side!)
• PUBLIC SECTOR PIVOTS WELCOME: This opportunity is open to courtroom-facing Public Sector Attorneys (DAs, PDs, Prosecutors, etc.) seeking to pivot into Private Practice
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania

Position Details:

• ~$80,000 - $120,000+ base, DOE
• Highly lucrative hours-based bonus, paid out TWICE yearly (no need to wait until year-end to be rewarded for your hard work)
