A global AmLaw 50/Vault 50 law firm seeks a Healthcare Law Associate to join its top tier practice. The transactional associate attorney who fills this position has the option of starting in January 2025, after annual bonuses hit.

Summary:

• Base salary range: $260,000 -- $365,000
• Generous bonuses
• Lower billable hours than other top tier firmsHybrid/remote flexible schedule
• Handle a wide array of sophisticated health law transactions; regulatory, operational, and corporate transactional issues; provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint venture transactions, and private equity deals, healthcare industry contracting, state licensure and corporate governance, managed care; fraud and abuse, false claims, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, fee splitting rules, value-based care, and health care antitrust matters.
• Work closely with renowned partners who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and direct client contact.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Attorney licensed to practice law in California
• 3+ years of experience in transactional//regulatory health care law
